1	Goal 1: Encourage and facilitate a deepening spirituality, always linking the heart and head together
2	Goal 2: Create a worship and music service for the 21st century
3	Goal 3: Create a youth ministry and overall education program that focuses on deeply transformative experiences
4	Goal 4: Create a governance structure to free members to engage in bold and transformational ministry
5	Goal 5: Increase participation of all members and guests in our worship and other programs through extravagant hospitality in facility, worship, and other ministries
6	Goal 6: Increase our effectiveness in social justice ministry
7	Goal 7: Create a physical space that is supported by the resources of our existing communities (owner and tenants), allows for the 5 year plans of each and embraces the possibilities of new communities and partnerships
