Letter from Pastor:

Thank you for visiting our web site.  I’d like to tell you just a little bit about this church I am blessed to serve.

We are on a spiritual journey, seeking the best way we can to be a loving presence in the world and honor whatever new directions God may be calling us.  The Christian faith provides our foundation and shapes us, but we also include people who are in a variety of places in their understandings.  It is the caring community that unites us and our desire to serve one another and our world that empowers our life together.

We seek to combine intellectual integrity with spiritual depth as we search for answers – valuing the questions.  We find courage during tough times by participating in the church, through prayer, by sharing meals together, by our social activism.  We might be called liberal social justice advocates, and we love to discuss issues, but we also seek to be transformed so that our lives reflect our values.

We think this is a special place and invite you to journey with us. I hope you will come and be our guest this Sunday.
