We couldn’t be as effective in our ministry if we didn’t work together with others who share our values and commitments. We provide financial support to the partners below that are starred and volunteer regularly with the ones noted. Follow the link for any of these groups to learn more and maybe even get involved yourself!

* Alternatives to Violence

* Colorado Clergy for Marriage Equality

* Colorado Coalition for Criminal Justice Reform

* Colorado Council of Churches

* Colorado Progressive Coalition

* COMPA Food Ministry

        We go out into the fields to glean with this organization every year.
Gleaning the fields

* CUE Seminaries

* Denver Inner City Parish

* Denver Urban Ministries

* Ecumenical Refugee Service

* Greater Park Hill

        Greater Park Hill plays a key part of our history. We continue our involvement by collecting food every week for their (our) food pantry.

* Habitat for Humanity

* Housing Justice

* The Interfaith Alliance of Colorado

* Interfaith Hospitality Network

        We support the work of IHN with homeless families every quarter when they are living at St. Thomas Episcopal Church. We provide a Friday night meal and other services as needed.

Lambi Fund of Haiti

* Mary’s Hope

Montessori

* Progressive Christian Alliance of Colorado

* Project Angel Heart

        Several members gather every month on the second Wednesday to help prepare meals for those living with life-threatening illnesses, such as AIDS.

* Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice

* Rocky Mountain Conference

        We’re involved with the work of the United Church of Christ in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah in many ways – through boards and committees, etc. But it is through our retreat center called LaForet that we have our most enduring bond. Not only do many of our youth participate in camps, but our whole congregation has an annual retreat weekend every August. Ask anyone who has grown up in our congregation but moved away, they will begin to smile when asked about LaForet!

Rocky Mountain Housing

        Rocky Mountain Housing is an affiliate of the Rocky Mountain Conference of the UCC. It develops and manages housing for lower income families and homeless individuals in the Denver metro area. One of our members is a founder and director of RMH.

* Seeking Common Ground

        Some of our members have participated in their Building Bridges for Peace Program – a model of interfaith work with youth – or hosted international visitors in their homes.

* Senior Support Services

        We serve a meal for homeless seniors and others every third Thursday of the month. Contact us if you’d like to be involved.

Temple Micah

* United Church of Christ

        The work of our denomination is local, regional, national, and international. Our mission dollars are at work throughout the globe. One of our members worked as a missionary in China – a teacher – for eight years. Our pastor was on national staff in both Washington, DC, and at the national headquarters in Cleveland for several years.

* United Ministries in Higher Education

* Victim and Offender Reconciliation Program

        Several of our members work with young people monthly who have committed such crimes as shoplifting to try to prevent this and worse from happening again.
